Apollo Micro Systems (AMS) is a trailblazer in Defence and Space Electronics and a key ally in indigenous Defence and Space programmes. They deliver mission and time critical systems for both, on-board and ground-based electronic systems. The company was going public and gave us a shout to launch their IPO.
We ran a print campaign as a curtain-raiser to the IPO launch. Side-by-side, a sequence of Press releases were issued across Business journals. There was a big buzz in Investor circles, thanks to the media plan. Being the debut campaign, it set a look-and-feel for the brand.
Apollo Micro Systems IPO got subscribed 246.64 times on the last day. To raise Rs.156 crore, AMS received bids for 1,022,296,950 shares against the total issue size of 4,144,955 shares.
